The plan of an orchestra

On regards of Timmy's Orchestra Plan this thread.
The plan of the orchestra is quite good but... in the symphonic orchestra like u put up I think try putting the flutes and such in front cuz in real they aren't very strong or are used as solo and also the oboe and cor anglais(english horn)and sometimes bassoon somewhere between first row and second row (poor bassons :( :P ) Trumpets/cornets are mostly at the right with other brass like trombones, on the left of them are the horns.
this is about the standard but it is all different due ur composition of ur orchestra. u got to adjust them to how they sound and what they are capable of:
silent => lots of them and in front:
examples: flute, Strings, Clarinet, basstuba,Harp (in front and mostly to the left as is the possible piano)
solo: instruments that play quite a few solos or if it is a solo piece:
eg: Flute, oboe/Cor Anglais,(bassoon) and any solo instrument
Strong: more at the back middle- and high-pitched brass:
lots of possibilities used: left: horns, middle: Trumpets, right: lower brass like trombones and tubas and such.
At the back the percusion (they can adjust their volume and can play as loud as they can without losing much of their sound)
U have to keep in mind that in the back they most of the time they play on a higher platform like in stages: first woodwinds and strings and stuff then a stage higher the brass, and one stage higher the percussion.
Well I hope I helped ya out bit: please do reply if u got any questions and comments.
