what max version are you using ? are you using the T3D-PhysX Physx exporter (the regular PhysX exporters will not work).

i'm using 3d max 2009
and i used the plugin from the torque documents.

is this correct ?

that is correct so we can move ahead...

the naming of actors and the setup of a PhysX file in Max can not be so easily explained nor remedied in forum text. Please take a screenshot of the objects and the schematic view.

I can't load the dae without max crashing so I'll ask you for a .max files:
1 of the model
1 of the actors
and 1 of the xml you export for physx

I see already that your group is improperly formed as it has "name="Group_pxactor"" where as the actors of the meshes need to have the _pxactor suffix.

Example:
ball_a
ball_b
ball_a_pxactor
ball_b_pxactor

if you group anything:
the group name needs to be; MESHNAME_pxactor
and leave the primitives names like box01 or sphere03, inside of the group.

if that info does not help, get those max files to me. ;)

I try to rebuild the barrel from the torque physics project.

If got all those max files in one file is that correct ?

(1 of the model 1 of the actors and 1 of the xml you export for physx)

This is the link to the max file
rapidshare.com/files/375397977/blok.max

And this is the link to the xml file
rapidshare.com/files/375398026/blok.xml

hmm, Stefan,
..there is simply too much wrong to begin to explain how to make corrections. I suggest that you look at the example models and the docs again. I do see a difference between your first file and these files..and I can deduce that you're puzzled on how to get it to work. There is no easy way about it..the docs explain most of it but not all of it.

(I know this is kind-of a shameless but I say it only with knowing how difficult this pipeline can be...so..If you want to license Physit! from me, I'll be reducing the price to $50 this week. You wouldn't have to worry about learning the nonsense-side of T3D-PhysX.)

Sorry that my post is so flat.
