Pre-sale Infos: iTorque3D == iTGE ?

I'm looking to port my iPhone games from Unity over to Torque and I had a couple questions. I was looking at Marble Blast Mobile (i love it) and noticed the iTGE branding on the load screen. Is that the same as the iTorque3D offered on the Engines page, or is iTGE based on TGE while iT3D is based on T3D?
The other question I have is regarding workflow. From the one line blurb on the selling page it sounds like it uses the T3D Toolbox then builds as a XCode project. Is that the case or is there more to it? Also, how much control does one get through script? Is it comparable to T3D or more limited like TGE?
Thanks in advance for any infos you all may have.

iTorque3D is still in development, and is based off Torque 3D 1.1.
