Torque Logo w/ transparent background?

Is there any way (legally, of course) to get a copy of the Torque 3D Logo with a transparent background? I'm building splash screens for my project, and would like to superimpose the logo over a more project-themed background -- unless that white background is a trademarked part of the logo and must be included. I'm specifically looking for the version (both font, & colors) as well as the symbol that's in "splash.bmp", included with T3D.
