Vehicle Model

Does anyone have Max 3.0 or 3.1 and has successfully opened the Dune Buggy Max file?

All I get is a blank scene.

I'm quite happy with my current investment in 3/3.1 so please don't suggest I upgrade to versions 4 or 5.

Just wondering if there's a script I'm missing or something...
