Yet another detail map issue. editor launch replaces all detail maps - LOGGED

ok I can set up all of the me texture and then pain my terrain and then I save it and when I open the level again it looks fine. Until I hit F11 to open the editor. It seems to take a little longer than usual. then bam it take the detail map from the first material in the list and replaces every other terrain material's detail map with the detail map from the first terrain material.
