    Look like a high quality Skybox with a BasicCloud object.

    It looks like volumetric clouds, the way they move and feed off one another. I wasn't sure if that was going to be a new system in 1.1, since there are quite a few things not available in 1.01 that I saw in all the video demonstrations.
