MGOirc network maintenance

Over the next 3 days there will be some DNS movement on almost all Max Gaming sites. Hopefully there will be minimal interuption to service, but I wanted to make the community aware. If you are having problems connecting to IRC please connect to 208.37.74.197 directly or irc.deckersds.com.

After these changes go into affect, you must use irc.maxgaming.net to connect to IRC.

Just wanted to bump this back up top. Our DNS changes are complete, you must use irc.maxgaming.net to connect to the network now, it will dump on the fastest pinging server.

I will get a note out to GG so they can change their java interface.
