TGB Licensing question. Concerning Commercial license

My company is thinking of purchasing a commercial license for TGB. My understanding in the EULA for Commercial is that a fee of $1250 is necessary. is this in addition to the purchase of the software? If not does this mean I have to purchase the pro version? I will be the only seat accessing the source code and will not be adding any custom stuff to the engine or any C++. but my company is the one who will hold the license.
Basically if I buy the TGB Commercial for the $450, do I also have to pay the $1250 to be able to sell my game?

in the commercial license under fees, it states ;
4.a) The Commercial license fee for the Engine is $1250, with no royalties. Licensee does not need to have any permissions or approvals from Licensor to release, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit Games.
If I purchase the commercial (non pro) for $450 does this "$1250 fee" still apply?
I have to go with the commercial, because the license needs to belong to a business entity and my understanding of the Indie license is ;
2(a) This license is granted to individuals only, and cannot be owned by corporate or business entities.

TGB Pro commercial is $1250.
There is not a "non-binary" $450 version of the engine. If your company will need C++ access, you will want the $1250 Pro license.
The EULA on the T2D licensing page is for the Pro version, which is why there is the $1250 cost association listed in it.
I will get with the licensing team to update the included links so that the binary EULA is available as well. I believe that is where the confusion stems from.

Thank you. This has cleared it up.

The first two are indie, the last two are commercial. The indie license allows you to sell your game. But you can only have an annual revenue of $250,000... That's the biggest difference. It also means that you cannot give the license to another person, you'd have to buy a new one.
The other two are not limited by these restrictions.
These are also categorized into two groups. The Pro and the binary. The pro gives you the source, the binary doesn't.
It sounds like you don't have a company that will be making more than $250k a year, unless you REALLY need to be able to transfer the license, I'd get the $100 binary indie. You can always upgrade to the $250 pro indie for $150 more $. Besides, you could get the Commercial version for $395 and be able to transfer it. Or you could buy 4 copies of the non-commercial for that price, so the transferring doesn't seem to pay off much....
That's not to say that there isn't a time and place for all of the licenses, it just seems like in your cases, this is not that time or place.
