Need a older version of Torque Constructor

by Dennis Lamers · in Torque Game Engine · 02/13/2010 (11:51 am) · 7 replies

Some days ago I made interiors for the game called Age Of Time version 3. The Age Of Time engine is 1.0.1 or 1.0.2, and I realy need an older version of Torque Constructor to get my interiors working in the old Age Of Time.

I get the following error if I place them in Age of Time:
Quote:Unable to read detail level 0 in interior resource
Unable to load interior: base/data/interiors/laurenticstarline/ships/mautania/mautania.dif
editor/EditorGui.cs (1199): Register object failed for object (null) of class InteriorInstance.

The oldest version we have available is 1.0.3. Perhaps the interiors were made in Quark with an extremely old version of map2dif.

I know which version I need now, I need Constructor 1.051. I already looked on this page:
http://tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/Constructor

But there is no link to 1.051 patch. I try do don't give it up, and I hope people could help me to find the 1.051 version.

Thanks,
Dennis

Never mind, I got it. Go to the Constructor page, go to History and find the articles from September 2008. For people who need the old patch; http://tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/images/5/5b/Constructor_1051.zip

The problem is still not fixed, even when I have 1.051 version the interior wont still show.

@ Scooby

Age Of Time V3 uses Torque Game Engine 1.0.2 I thought.

I'm guessing the interior is still too new for the old engine to take it. I suggest looking for an older map2dif exporter

When ever I export my .map (of constructor) into the old Map2Dif I get a error about lightmap..
