Offer to enhance the documentation for Torque3D

Hi, folks!
I read it each day. Not only about the lack of documentation, but also the type of documentation. And i can understand you. A list of all objects and methods/functions is good but it is better to see how they come together. In other words... to see the big picture.
To put it in a nutshell, i would write tutorials about the following topics:
- TorqueScript
- relationship of objects and their datablocks
- GUI
- the concept of Torque's multiplayer (GameConnection, Masterserver, Dedicated Server, Lobby, ...)
- "talking" with a webserver to bind a remote database like MySQL to the game
- enhance the engine to use other DLLs (valid in TGB, TGE/A and T3D)
- ...
- And the most important: making a game from scratch including multiplayer (explained step by step)
@Michael Perry: We can discuss the details via mail. info@darkware.de

Don't get me wrong, Michael's done a GREAT job thus far, but that's a lot of work for one person to handle.

A company that takes constructive criticism and rolls with it is a good thing.Don't get me wrong, Michael's done a GREAT job thus far, but that's a lot of work for one person to handle.

I’m new and lost, so making a game from scratch including multiplayer (explained step by step) would certainly help me.

Based on a conversation in the private T3D forum, they are hard at work making the documentation top notch. The specifics are rather secret at this time as GG would rather speak through their actions and not empty promises. I would say be patient and we will all be amazed at the coming results.
