Strange artifact in scatter sky at night

when using a scatter sky at night there is a strange artifact with the night sky texture... why might that be? there is not other skybox in the project



i dont know if this might lead to any conclusions but
after quit & restart of the very same project the artifact looks differently, seems like some texture pieces left in memory
