Anyone interested?

I read something that Jeff Tunnel posted about how creativity has stagnated in the industry today.
When I started my company out, it was me and two other people. One of those two was related.
Now, I'm thirteen people strong, and we're all following what I've dubbed Tunnel Syndrome. Still need help with what we're doing, and I thought I'd take my chances here as well as the help wanted section.
