Programming work needed (paid)

Hello, my name is Kory James, currently my brother and I are looking for some programming work. For our serious hobbyist project we are working on.

Innovative Imaginations
Project name:
Currently we are calling it Project Survival Horror (not the official name)
Brief description of project:
Can provide info upon request.
Target aim:
aiming for a console title preferably x box 360, PS3, and/ or nintendo Wii
Compensation:
I am willing to pay 50% upfront and the other 50% after completed task. I can pay over PayPal (preferred, had no issues in the past with other contributors).
Technology:
Torque 3D; A Torque 3D license is a must.
Work needed:
Programming - camera work a fluid third person similar to Resident Evil 4/5, Gears of War 1/2, Dark Sector, Mass Effect, and Dead Space. Also a targeting/ cover system similar to Gears of War and Wanted:Weapons of Fate. Can provide a more detailed list upon request.

This project is self funded (currently) so we can't paid high prices. We are looking to pay in- between $200 - $500 USD eack task.
