[SOLVED] Torque Game Builder Fish Demo problem

*Note: Fish Demo, not Fish game tutorial*
I just downloaded the Torque Game Builder demo, and decided to go through the tutorials the engine came with to help me come to a decision on purchasing the engine or not. I'm doing the first tutorial, the Fish Demo (not the Fish Game). I just reached Part 4, specifically where I get to "Play" the game (right after Setting our fish's class). Here is what happens:
1) I click the play button at the top of the screen.
2) The window goes down (minimizes) to the "Windows dock" (or taskbar).
3) A new window opens called "TGB".
4) An error shows up saying "Unable to Open Project".
What have I done wrong? I've followed the tutorial exactly, step by step. Maybe I didn't set a correct path to the game folder? If so, how do I check/fix this?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Also, another issue has come up. Every time I open my project, the levels are blank. Everything is there in the Object Tree, but the graphics don't come up. Before closing, I always save the scene first, then save the project.
