Torque X demo problem

I downloaded the Torque X demo and installed Microsoft C# and XNA and Torque X wont work. I need some help. I took a lot of space up and wasted time so I would like to have a program that actually WORKS.

What errors are you seeing? And is it with the 2D or 3D version of the engine? Or the Creator's Club edition?
