Looking for team (payed in potential profit)

I am starting up a project called "Trader's Life".

In the game the player must:
*Find exoctic items to sell across ancient Egypt (including gold, foods, animals, and many more ridiculous items)
*Upgrade their cart using the money they have earned to hold more stuff
*Buy body guards to defend themselves from theives
*Explore and create maps to sell

This is a fair bit of work and I would like to try and get some help in the following areas
*Art
*Programming
*Designing

and some help with scripting wouldn't be so bad either.

I am getting a working prototype together right now and at the moment, gamplay is topdown with click to move funtionality.
