Did the Merchant Store Disappear?

I've tried finding the Merchant Store to buy additional GG stuff like a Coffee mug because it's that time of the year that I actually drink Coffee.
Did it disappear?

Yeah, I'm seriously regretting not getting my Garage Games mug, as well. (C'mon GG... I know you've got one around there somewhere!) At least I still have my unopened Torque Game Brew. :)
