New feature tease

We are going to be releasing an update to pureLIGHT with the preview render, speed increases, smaller memory footprint and this new feature that people asked for.

About the author

Got my start at BioWare in 1999. First project was MDK2 and last project was Mass Effect. Since then I've worked on indie titles and other games like Prey and Splinter Cell. Got my start at pureLIGHT late last year as the Product Manager.

This is awesome stuff Dave I cannot wait to have access to it in PureLight. Faster and Lighter plus new features is always a serious win for any game development tool.

We also added support for setting visible collision meshes in pureLIGHT. So, that simplifies things for some users a bit. You can multi-select meshes and toggle visible mesh collision on.
