Advance character design question

Face
facial animation: The Question I have for facial animation is when I rig the head do I keep the head attach to the body or do I make them two different DTS or Collada files? The reason why I ask because I was trying to have blend animations for my player model where one scene the play will be shooting a enemy and talk and another scene they will be doing the same facial animation but a different body animation.
Hair
Hair rig with animation: About the hair would I need to rig the hair to have nice animation to give it a a realistic feel, or would it be easier trying to implement something like Vavles Jigglebones?
Hair Physics:I would love to have a hair physics on my game character but I don't know if anyone is working on one or if this is possible with T3D.
Clothing
Torque clothing attach system:I was wondering where i can find a resouce for T3D where i can have the player model change clothing?
