Qaurk usage

I need Help on using Qaurk i just downloaded it i dont know how to export my model into dif format or how to texture i don't know how to install Map2dif for it :S Any help... maybe there is a tutorail

Constructor is free, so just get that to export to .dif, or do a search for exporting from Quark to .dif. But I would just get Constructor if I wanted to export to .dif.

No Milkshape to .dif that I know of. Milkshape will export to .map though. But you would need Quark or Constructor to export to .dif. If you're using TGEA you'll need the map2dif exporter for TGEA (or TSE), as the one for TGE won't work.

The map2dif_plus exporters for TGE and TGEA should be included in the Constructor download... Kind of ironic really, downloading Constructor to get Quark working....
