Bip transform

Is it possible to import a bip animation and then reset it's transform in Max? The bip animation spins the player around 180 degrees which is undesireable. I do not see a way to rotate the animation as a whole.

Forget it, figured it out. Have to link the BIP COM to a dummy object and then move rotate the dummy object.

Another way to do this is to use the motion flow editor. You can import any bip and use the script editor to rotate model then using save clip to get it back out of motion flow editor.

The motion flow editor is on the same panel as the figure mode button to the right of it.

You can also use this feature to combine and transition multiple clips.

Hehe, I know Patrick, that is why I am giving him a hard time. His way may be better. He is a little more advanced at max than I.

I am not a doorknob. I am the keymaster!
