How to create a company?

Hi I was thinking to buy ITorque 3D to develop games for the Iphone, for long times I was studying the market and posibilities to make some incomes creating a relative Fast game on this platform, the problem is when I Try to enroll the Apple SDK program and I check that if I have no company when I try to publish my game is going to appears like: Seller: Edinson Mejia and this is something I really don't whant...
Some search on google I found something like this http://www.superbiz.com/ and apparently I would be able to register an LLC, The point is I'm not in USA, I'm in Venezuela and I really don't know if that kind of things really work and are safe for me.
For example I would need to have a bank account to recieve sales incomes, the page above shows an option that they create a bank account, I'm really really confused about this if some one can give me some info, feedback or options to take the best way I will really apreciate it.

I just moved back the states from Bern, Swizerland. I started my company while I was there. I applied to become an iPhone developer while I was still there as well. All I had to do was show the proof of my business registration (from the local authority) and confirm my information via a phone call.
Like Bryce said, there must be a way to replace your name if you do not want it disclosed.

but on sites like apptism, your real name will appear.

Yeah, Apple makes it a pain to sign up an account as an actual business entity (rather than as an individual), unfortunately. There are a lot more hoops to jump through.
