Windows 7 issues?

I have just installed windows 7, TX builder is wasted, I don't know why but the minimize/maximize button is greyed out an the window cannot be resized. When I load a project the screen goes nuts and my graphics driver starts resetting. I used this with the windows 7 beta and no problem. On the release big problems.

I have tried run as administrator, run in various compatibility modes, turning on various things like Disable themes etc. some will open, still kind of messed up and no resizing. best I get it runs at like 2fps.

what was the final resolution that David helped with? I'm getting this consistent flickering, video restarting and weirdness in TXB as well (Win7 64 bit, vs 2008, TX 3.1 demo download, gforce 9100 video).

I was thinking this was a driver issue but if you had something else that worked I'd love to hear it.

I did download the latest drivers from nvidia but that started bluescreens instead of just app failure :(

and now for some reason as I was changing video card settings my demo version suddenly changed to 0 days left so I cant continue to diagnose the problem. I only installed it this week.
