Hi guys i got a problem here!

Hi guys i got an error i use 3d studio max but when i use dts exporter you know max2dtsexporter and i wanna export a file to .dts and i have an error that says unable to open dump file

What program are you trying to import the DTS file into? Have you purchased any engines from us?

the programm i used to make the model is 3d studio max that i purchpased and the exporter i use is max2dtsExporter
But i have the errror

I have the same problem
I use 3ds max 2009 but i get always the error "Unable to open dump file"
What is going on?

are you using the proper exporter version ?
There are exporter versions for each version of max.
Max2009: Go to Here and grab the download. Try the 2009 .dle file.
Please place the .dle file into your "stdplugs" directory and start max.

Come back here if you have an issue.

I've already tried that but it doesn't work. I'm desperated i've tried everything but nothing happens! Thanx for the help anyway
