cvs problem on os x 10.2.4

hi everyone! I' ve just buy the license for my copy of torque (the 100 $ one) but can' t download via cvs. I use MacCvsX v 3.2a and follow the instruction until part 2 at page http://www.garagegames.com/docs/torque.sdk/gstarted/cvs.mac.html but at step 3 I' m not able to do create... anyone know how I can get torque? TIA and sorry for bad english (I' m italian)
