exporting characters

Hello
I've got a problem with character animation... i created a character, done the multires thing, exported it and it works in the showtool. But i expected it to work with standard animations as well (i.e. the dsq files included in the "player" folder). The detail thing works, but the thread control in the showtool doesn't display any animated sequence.
I named it player.dts, used the standard player.cfg file and placed it in the proper folder, so I think the problem must be in my hierarchy. I'm attaching a screenshot, if anybody could help i would be very grateful, thankful, etc ;)

Thank you Ian, i tried but it's not working yet... following your hint, i also tried removing the HeadNub node, and adding one more spine link, but nothing... Actually it's not a big problem, since i'm not going to use the default bone structure in my game. Do you think it will work if i create my own dsq files to replace all of the standard ones? or do i need to change stuff in scripts too? You know, before spending the next few days animating my character, i would like to hear it from somebody who's already tried it. Thank you.

Hadoken, when you load it in the show tool look at the console. Hit the tilde, it'll tell you why the animations wont load, and give some error like "Missing Bone Blahblah in player.dts"

I bet it'll say you're missing "Bip01 Spine2". Just curious, in the game, does your player's shadow seem a little messed up near the shoulders. When I had a player that had an extra spine (as opposed to one less), it rendered the shadow funky.

I'm now trying to make dsq for my own bones structure and it looks like they work in the game without making any changes to the script.

Actually, i was missing some dummy objects and now it works!! When i first exported it, tho, for some reason all animations were messed up, the left foot was going where the right foot should have gone and viceversa. Anyway changing the name of some bones solved everything. Now i've got my character running in the game, that's soooo cool:) Thank you all!!!I'm now trying to make dsq for my own bones structure and it looks like they work in the game without making any changes to the script.
