command tab on the Mac not working in full screen (alt tab)

It seems like command tab is not working in full screen although it works great in window mode.
I've already implemented Alex Stone fix for the alt tab crash , this is not the issue.
My game is ready to launch on all the big portals and the Mac versions can't pass QA since command tab only works in window mode.
Any ideas?
