the joys of no copay:
Well, I just got back from getting my wisdom teeth out (all 4)
the total price was around $1500.. thankfully my insurance covered it, one good thing from my employers compulsitory insurance :)
This was pretty much the last medical item on my agenda (see my last blog for info),
now it's selling all my crap, and wrapping up projects, and then get the hell out of here :)

t2d.net err... "tgb.net"
development is still on hold for this.. i'd like to get some firmer commitments around it from "the powers that be" before I spend much more time making a user-friendly abstraction layer.. that, and i'm a bit busy at the moment, with getting ready to move and all. I plan on continuing dev on this full swing around december 2006.. (with a hired group of devs) prior to them, i'm going to be learning the thai language full time, and working on an educational non-profit part time.

CWITE.ORG
This is an educational non-profit i've set up with a few people. the full name is The Center for World Information Technology Education.
We just got approved for exemption from the IRS (a very long and painful process), so if you feel like giving to a charity, please think of us :)

@Master Treb: Yeah, but only for the first 12 hours or so. Make sure you take your perscription pain killers right after you leave the surgeon (i mean RIGHT after, like within 1hr!) or you will be in for a world of hurt. The blood is a bit gross, and every time i swallow i still get the blood taste (it's been 28hrs since i got the teeth out) but otherwise it's fine...
