Today is the most happiest day for me. My new site is launched.
The store is set up to reserve the games. New background to the
site looks swell but is not final. Now the only thing left is for all of
you peoples to look at the site and tell me how good or bad it is
(remember this is my first pro site) and give ideas. The store will
have photos soon.
see ya

1) Your javascript resized my window. This is very annoying when opening new sites in out of focus tabs.
2) While novel, the ball shooting at the cursor doesn't add any value to the site and is quite distracting.
3) The music you have playing on your site was loud and screaming.

Maybe I'm a website snob, but there are three things that caused me to immediately to close your site as soon as it loaded. To appeal to a wider user base, you should consider changing them:1) Your javascript resized my window. This is very annoying when opening new sites in out of focus tabs.
2) While novel, the ball shooting at the cursor doesn't add any value to the site and is quite distracting.

I suggest maybe working on the game more, and less time on advertising it. Also you seem to have really
high hopes for this game, which isn't a bad thing, but maybe you should set some easier goals for this game.

To me it seems asinine to make a page to sell two games, that don't even seem to have much progress done on them, or are still in very early stages.http://www.1stcoverupgames.com/gamesandstuffstore.htm

You should definitively start smaller OR you should understand that those projects are for educational purpose and won't be finished nor sold.
Concerning the topic of this thread (the website), it's globally pretty hard to read and navigate. For your text use only ONE typography at ONE size only. You don't have the skill YET to work with several sizes and typos.
Usually a website has a clear background to make the reading easier.
The differents part in your website needs to be linked somewhere and not "floating" looking.
Well, to finish on a positive note, this site is still better than your previous one :)
Keep working, be clear in your goals. From what I've seen, you're still young enough to make huge progress.

Travis, what people said here is true. If making one small game is something hard for a group of experienced indies developpers, making two or more big games without the experience looks impossible. You should definitively start smaller OR you should understand that those projects are for educational purpose and won't be finished nor sold.

The game demo is 4 months away to compleation. I bet all of you started like this.I will have the screen shots soon up to show how next gen this is!!!!

As to pre-selling the game, I wouldn't recommend it until you at least have a demo out. Also, be sure that you tell your customers whether it is a refundable or unrefundable fee, in case the game doesn't come out on time.
In any case, don't be let down by these comments - take them as constructive criticism, and learn to build on top of them.

While I must admit the site design and grammar/spelling is a bit of a turn off, the screenshots were a *bit* promising. If you really want this game to be well publicized though, I would recommend brushing up on your spelling and grammar. Also, a few classes in web-design might not hurt.As to pre-selling the game, I wouldn't recommend it until you at least have a demo out.
