I've stoped fighting GG-web design but unfortunatelly it mean that I've stoped reading GG-web site.
On of the reason might be that I just don't have the time, but I've discovered that I spend that time, I don't have but spend on other things than I should spend it on, on other sites and non-GG-projects.
It's not necessary a bad thing because I learn other thing and I've discovered that learning/training game developing technics have improved my overall skiss in math and programming.
The single biggest problem with GG-web design is that it's not pritable.
It was merely printable before the redesign, a fact I tried to get trough to GG, but it was solvable by using client side overides of the CSS.
(I've posted a reasource how to use Grease Monkey to solve this. But lately I've used URLid instead of GreaseMonkey, which is easier and safer)
The new design might also be overridable but I haven't had the time to reverse engineer the GG-web site CSS to solve the problems.
Making a web site printable seams to be pretty standard today using CSS where you can have different CSS definitions for the browser view and the printer view of the pages.

Hey I don't know if you'll *read* this considering you aren't reading this site anymore... but you may find that you will get a better response from the web gurus at GG if you actually request changes to them politely in the Web Forum. Personally I have found that they are very responsive despite their busy schedules if you just ask...
On the other hand, jumping on outside of the Web Forum and publicly complaining about an issue they may not even be aware of is liable to get you ignored...
