intro
I'm sorry everyone who reads these, but I am too wiped out to finish this week's highlights. I have been fighting off crashing for the last few hours working on this. My eyes are going blurry. I didn't slept much last night. I had some unexpected fun with my mother in law having her medical insurance cancelled and her doctors from Montana drop her as a patient, since she isn't living in Montana anymore, a week before her 10 medications run out. I had to scramble to try to fix everything and it was particularly hard since yesterday was Sunday and I had a suprise meeting at work that I had to attend last night. A lot of paperwork later and I just can barely think anymore tonight. I should have done the plans a little at a time this week but I worked on my editor instead. You know, the editor to make doing the weekly plan highlights easier. :P Good news is, the editor definitely saved me a couple of hours of work, but the comments are what take so much time and I just don't have any thing left in me. This paragraph has taken me probably 5 whole minutes to get thru. I am one tired guy.
I just deleted the comments that I have made so far up to Mark Bellamy 'cause I think it would be worse to have only a part of the plans with comments. There are so many really great plans, so, please browse thru them and take a look. There's John Seguin's 2nd plan about music in your indie game that just can't be missed. Matt Fairfax discusses the progress of Torque Constructor. An update on Arcane-FX. Chris Labombard talks more about how to streamline and still be thorough making your game. I should stop mentioning plans now cause it will look like these are the best and they are not, browse, trust me. OK. One last tease. What if 3 of the people with the best potential for creating an AI pack joined together to finally make one? That's Dee's plan. See, you don't know what you missed. And this one week I am too tired to tell you everything. So, if you browse the plans below even though I haven't commented them, I will make it up to you next week by telling funny jokes, instead of my own.
Again, I am really sorry. I'll make sure this won't happen again. No more editors getting in the way of getting the work done. :P Oh, lol, my wife just reminded me that I have to return our video rentals tonight by midnight and that I have to take her to work an hour earlier tomorrow. This is why I sleep on my days off. You know. :P

Makes me glad to be in the UK. My mother has had two bouts of Cancer, has a degenerative spine problem, and the usual for someone about twenty years older than her 55'ish years. It's why I now work from home. Thankfully however, its all on the NHS, so we never have to worry about doctors bills, prescription charges, or even getting to the hospital. Good luck with it anyways. Cheers, Mark.

I think it's VERY cool that you take time out of your own busy schedule to recap for the rest of the community.
Sorry that things have been so hectic for you lately. I hope everything pans out for you and return to a state of sanity.
Thanks again for doing this - you rock and the community is better for your presence. =)
