Looks pretty dark, like it is 'disabled'. I can see the benefit of using the grey when displaying portfolio images/etc, but you may want to make your text white for legibility or lighten the background grey quite a bit. Persons without calibrated monitors or those with low gamma settings may have an even more difficult time reading/seeing the site text content.

I would also suggest including the EULA with your downloads or per contract rather than a broad overall sweeping EULA for your site and content. The EULA seems extraneous and not really relevant to viewing your portfolio (the main focus of the site, along with promoting your services). Having it there says to me: 'not really a professional, but trying to be'.

Otherwise the site is easy to navigate and seems like it will be easy to update and maintain (important!). Keep up the great work on both the site and models!

I agree with what Jameson said, especially about the EULA. It's premature to display it there and part of the negotiation process. I know for my studio I would never accept an EULA like that becaue I don't want to "license" the custom work you create for me, I want to own it outright and use it however I like, even if that means negotiating a higher price.

Small thing, but "best regards" is still in lowercase and should be capitolized. Also, don't listen to Chris and avoid using any frames, iframes, or eframes in your site. It's just not professional.

Otherwise, looks great!

thanks for the quick reply guys :D,

about EULA thing it's kinda confusing for me too, because i ask around my friend who also do graphic freelance :P, but i guess i'm agree that it should be included per contract rather than put it directly in the site like that , i'll update it right away hehehe... thanks for the suggestions :D
