Plan for Alexander Luddy

I recently released a new version of Shaper which is the 3D modelling tool I have been developing in my spare time. It can be downloaded from here www.inversesoftware.com/Shaper/. Here is what has changed since the last version.
Bugs
- fixed error when adjusting Torque mesh type
- fixed go to animation start/end bugs
- fixed node transforms not being applied when importing DTS files
- fixed group commands crashing if no target group
- fixed assign material to group command crashing if no target group
New Features
- rename material function
- rename group function
- animation can cycle when playing
- preferences are persistent
- possible to launch .shpr files
Feature Changes
- group commands enable/disable intelligently
- increased resolution of animation scrub
Optimisations
- reduced size of .shpr files
As always any feed back is greatly appreciated.
Moving ahead getting Shaper to a "better than MilkShape 3D for Torque" state is the primary focus. At this point the plan for the next version is more bug fixes and increasing the power of the DTS exporter.

looks uber dood. Feels quite natural to use, although, i never seem to feel like I have any perspective on what size my object actually is... especually if I import in a 3ds.

Could I request cross platformability.... thats something ms3d cant do, and something Im hoping for

Also, one feature that'd be useful for modelling is an edge cut tool. It'd allow you to add a vertex in the middle of an edge. Its a tremendously useful tool and probably belongs in any modelling suite.
