OOOOOOW!, I got into work this morning and found I'd contracted a nasty eye infection. To top that off, I spent 2 hours in Accident and Emergency waiting for them to tell me it was that.
Needless to say, the day was a bit of a washout.
I'm part way through an article about "game" architecture. One subject that seems to be completely missing from almost all online programmer sites. Its a bit wordy right now, which is something I'll clear up after Ive got some peer reviews from my mates.
I dunno where I should submit it though. Its a bit of a weird thing really, maybe I should see if gamesutra is interested, otherwise I'll see if Kurt wants to put it on flipcode.com or just stick it on my new site (hosted by flipcode).
It'd be nice to get some cash though, wonder if gamasutra pay :)) maybe gamedeveloper would be interested. Prolly not :))

Gamasutra used to have a banner saying they'd pay $200 for "technical" articles...

I can't wait to read your article. It sounds very interesting! Maybe you should expand it into a book later. Then you will get money for it =) and I'm sure a lot of people would buy it!
