Plan for John David "shadowquaint" Uy

Greetings.

I bought the TGE for almost 1 year now, but only now that I have been active in the community. Honestly, if I would range myself, I am only a novice or in slang words, a newbie. In my constant straggle of studying the works of TGE, or later TSE (or even later T2D depending on my present funds), I had almost encounter a problem with which, where and what the heck I am going to do next. I have devised a plan that will help newbies, like myself, rapidly learning TGE. In my opinion time and effort must be efficiently used.

Problems that I encountered:

Problem#1: Downloading resources and tutorials, if I don't go online for a week, I might miss some of the great resources the members and associates contributed. (Though with a little surfing you can still get them, of course.)

Problem#2: Some of the initial Resource posts are solved through the discussion. (So people reading them will have to go through the whole discussion to know the summary/revision has been made by the contributor or the people sharing their ideas as well)

Problem#3: GG community has a special advantage in terms of development that needs organizing to get the most of it in the shortest time.

Problem#4: As I read some of the past resources, I sometimes wonder if those are already in the HEAD or just in the local head, (you know coconuts...with hairs).

My proposed solution:

A one-download, one-stop, organized, always updated and categorized or question driven RESOURCE/TUTORIAL (*.pdf or *.chm) file.

It will be design to:
1. Improve NEWBIES knowledge edge in a shorter-time
2. Organize the resources and tutorials
3. Keep up to date changes if there is any
4. Minimize headaches and heartaches to some
5. be able to questions of some that are already solved in the past.

The format would be in PDF or Help File. It will be ZIP compressed together with all the patches/resources files. Every entry will be accredited to the contributor. Every tutorial/resources in this project shall be verified and tested by some volunteers and myself. It will be organized by questions and/or categorized entry.
Every entry will be linked to the garagegame site if one wishes to review the original post.

What I need:
Volunteers as many as possible
Good in English
Good in coding
JWH Just wanna help
Emails of the contributors themselves
Suggestion of formats and other ideas
A site to house the zip file if GG cannot host it because of its size.

The project name is The MIND Resource Project.
(Mind in the Head... make sense right?)

your plan would be an extremely useful resource.
I hope you get time and support from the community to take it forward
