Powerup example Shape

Hey all, been meaning to do this for a while.
In the spirit of the Blue Guy, Here is the Powerup shape from ThinkTanks in both Max and Maya formats. Looks like a simple shape, but it is actually one of the more complex shapes we have.. multiple flashing lights, animated visibility.. and a 'faux' specular highlight. I have given this to a few people who wanted an example of DTS shape that had some of these features in it.

couple of things... this shape is free for learning, but it is not to be used in your game. No redistribution, instead of giving this to someone.. link them here. oh.. if you have not done so already, buy ThinkTanks, and some of our Content Packs
Have Fun!

And while I don't have Maya or 3DS Max to load in the source files, I've been able to disect it using Torque ShowTool Pro. Cool little guy.

It's amazing the little complexities that go into something so seemingly simple. A great resource as always, Joe.And while I don't have Maya or 3DS Max to load in the source files, I've been able to disect it using Torque ShowTool Pro. Cool little guy.

@Joe -You've got to give us an update on how your doing! Thanks for distributing this Joe. It's helpful to have an example to think about, or in many cases to help push the brain in an new direction. (Especially non-artists like myself who probably need a few extra nudges to bridge some art concept gap.)@Dave - Yes, ShowTool Pro is cool for that very fact among others! I love that tool.
