Speedwars - an old idea

SpeedWars:
1) Texture distance check (resource)
2) Flying up score image on damage (like in japanese RPG)
3) Change skin on-fly code
Shall I revive this old project or not? SpeedWars is supposed to be a tabletop turn-based strategy game made with my partner, but the design never got through the agreement phase, nor there was a clear picture of the game mechanics, etc...
However, the idea is interesting...
May add simple game mechanics, make it an iPhone game and sell it for $1.99, then add networking for turn based human-human gaming, that should be attractive, then publish it on the web.
On the other hand, the economy is improving, which is helpful.
