Plan for Christopher Dapo

Started GID at 1300 EST, Sat, Aug. 14th - Though big Mr. Hurrican Charley was knocking on my door, I decided there was no turning back... took care of some forum posts and concept art then jumped in to find out where I could help.
1650 EST - After a small trip-up with a power surge, managed to hook up with WizRealms and his GID project by providing him some handmade bitmaps to replace his solid colored 'items' that he already had working in his first demo of the game. The game itself reminds me of the Chip's Adventures game and works fine minus a small bug which, by now he's just sorting out. :)
2017 EST - WizRealms got rid of his bug and completed the rest of the main code, leaving art and level building left! I also began a Tower object for RedCore's RTS project, a rather large 1024 x 768 image to play with. Just before posting, I managed to complete 2 more textures for Wiz's project. Everyone's having fun and it's great to be at GID! Oh yeah, that hurricane... Must have snuck right by us. Good, less to wory about, hehe! More...
238 EST, Sun, Aug. 15th - Not too much to clammor about since the last update as the GID dried up somewhat. Still, Wiz began on the level editor and 'training levels' for the game, as well as an item key to eliminate the confusion brought to attention from the first 2 demos. He also decided that, since there's about 13 more hrs. for him to work on it, that it could use some more game content. I'll be plotting on some ideas for him and providing more game art, but for now I think it's time to catch some Z's. Would have stayed awake for 24, but there's no sense when there won't be much I can work on. After I wake up, I'm finishing off the Tower for RedCore and jumping back into work mode! G'nite for now!
