1. Get all ideas and requirements down on paper (electronic of course).
2. Start design of website used in supporting the Uncivilized project.
3. Create the requirements documentation.
4. Create the design documentation using a phased approach.
5. Post more job openings as needed.
6. Hopefully get dedicated (I mean hard working) people assigned to open job positions.
7. Get Uncivilized website up and going for support, documentaion, forums and downloads.
8. Develop story line and basic screen shots/idea boards.
