Finally submitted by first real resource (Movie Editor), if you implement that, the other one (precision editor mod) is a big help for moving things around.
Other things I'm working on:
(besides cleaning up the movie editor)
ODEItem -- linking ODE physics engine to torque. Works but there are performance/stability
issues
SpeedTreeRT -- evaluating this and trying to integrate it with Torque, stuck on trees
AI+path finding - behavior based AI with competing behaviors
PathedInterior - this is on hold while I see what other people have done (mines buggy)
collaborative flash app - for working with others over the web on a scripts / visual assets

Try out Marks pathed interiors, works damned well i say, make sure to atleast try it. Maybe you could even add something to it.
