Hi there, just a quick status update... I've just finished the 3D Diggers PHP online shop (based on osCommerce) and you can buy the first content packs there... there is a first "city builder pack" with lots of buildings available and also the first "city street pack" with a whole bunch of streets, bridges, traffic lights, parking lots, road works, etc.
Each pack comes in two versions: "game" and "dev" - the game packs contain the difs and textures and a sample mission, the dev packs contain all that plus all the .qrk and .map files you need for editing/customizing everything.
