Plan for Justin Mette

The last couple of months at 21-6 have seen more activity than ever; from the madness of developing 4 games to contract deals to building relationships with great companies like Pinoli Studios and Midnight Ryder Technologies. In particular, I have found it amazing how many really good contracting leads are coming in now.

It sure feels like all the hard work these last two years is really starting to pay off as our company moves to a new level with 16 people actively working on games and paying contracts. To top it all off, Orbz shattered all of our previous sales records in the first two weeks on Real Arcade now that feels good!

With as crazy as things have been it's time for some much needed R&R. I'm going to Toronto on Monday (assuming the airlines catch up from the power outage) to spend a week with my in-laws. I'm bringing a computer but only so that I can download pictures from the digital camera honest :)

When I get back from vacation, the fast ride to IGC starts. A good majority of our team will be there, we will be showing off our latest game (or two), we will be presenting at least 2 sessions, and will be participating in the Indie Jam. This year is gonna rock!

If all goes as planned, we will have many exciting announcements about 21-6 during September and October, including info on our next major game.

On a final note, I'm excited to have just entered Orbz into the Indie Games Festival for 2003. Who knows, there's a chance Orbz is just weird enough to catch the attention of over 30 judges. How cool would that be? Wish us luck...
