Plan for Justin Mette

A good friend of mine, Greg Reinacker, recently introduced me to a new product which he wrote and published called NewsGator. It's an add-on for Outlook that aggregates RSS news feeds from around the net.

After going to lunch with Greg today, he talked me into hooking up an RSS feed to our 21-6 news page which I just finished up. You can read more about the new RSS feed here.

I was very surprised at the number of RSS feeds out on the net, ranging from big news sites to personal web logs. If there are any other information junkies out there reading this, I definitely recommend checking out NewsGator and the huge community of RSS news feeds available.

To get a feel of the kind of RSS feeds out there, check out these links:

Let the information flow...

A LOT of stuff supports spitting out RSS at the moment. As soon as I finally get MidnightRyder.Com settled, I'm enabling the RSS feed that Blosxom can do. It's a cool way for people to view new info from all the sites the frequent :-)

You should tell Greg that he got some free advertising on Chris Pirillo's blog [http://chris.pirillo.com] not too long ago.
