Lady luck decided she likes me after all and dropped a job offer on my doorstep on Friday lunchtime. Unfortunately the job is in Ottawa (where I used to live) so I have a very hectic 6-8 weeks ahead of me. I guess this means my game development has come to a temporary end, though I don't know how long that will last. I imagine that once I start my new job I'll be very busy for quite a while.

Thanks Bil. Yeah Ottawa is a beautiful city. I wouldn't know about Hull; I don't party. :)

We're kind of in the same business so to speak. I'm at Canadian Pacific Railway where safety in train operation is #1. Of course our safety factor only runs in 2 dimenions. Can't exactly move a train up to avoid a collision. In any case, good luck on the new position. Ottawa is a great city. I'm in Calgary now but used to live in Toronto and visited Ottawa once for a Revenue Canada conference (of course Hull is still the party spot right?).
