Plan for Rhonda Smith

Reorganization. That is the current state of our development team. There have been many personal develpments within our ranks over the past couple of weeks and productivity had dropped to nothing. It was obvious that was not going to change no matter how many metaphors about rollercoasters I threw at it, something had to change.
We had a very productive team meeting last night, and some of those changes are taking place now...I expect we will start moving forward once again soon and gaining momentum.
The first thing we are doing is looking for a new lead programmer. We've re-organised to the point where we have 3(and a half) great programmers who are all chomping at the bit to get going...but they need someone strong and knowledgeable to lead them and point them in the right direction. That cannot be me because I can't program to save my life...so I've created a help wanted ad ( http://www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=project&page=view.job&qid=2516 ). Hopefully there will be some intrest though I've noticed that there are far more projects then programmers lately.
I haven't lost faith though, this project will be completed, we just need to find someone to help take up the torch.
