Plan for Craig Giannelli

In the last 2 years I've been doing considerable work on things. I've gotten to the point where I can now take the company official.

The first steps I've taken was to get a main focus. I'm going to work on one game, and work very hard on this one game. It's name is "I am Become". It takes place roughly 40 years into the future during an apocalyptic time (I know standard run dry theme). It takes lace where Humanity is pushed back to the very corners of the world and live in small colonies scattered across the world.

I'm going to be working hard of character development and put in place some system of morality. The main story character starts as a very dark, depressed individual who lives only for revenge. Eventually the choices of the player will decide if he can pull himself out of this slump or fall deeper into his well of self-loathing pity. It will be a very, very emotionally engaging game to say the least. I'm working on back-story right now to get things started. It's all being posted on my main website as I get the chance.

The second step I'm taking is to finally go official. I'm legitimately registering the company and will be taking steps to sort out a refined business plan.

The third step is of course money. We need funding. I'm thinking 1 to 2 year project for about 3-5 million dollars. We can't bring this game to light without funding. We can't make it live to it's full potential without funding. But I want investors who are willing to take a risk, as the subject matter in "I am become" is in nature going to be very controversial. I'm not doing it on purpose so it won't be over the top in your face offensive. It's just the nature of the story and it's religious overtones that will start controversy. Then again that's good though. Gets the name out and people will buy it.

The fourth item on my agenda is the next most important thing: Employees. We need funding to get employees to get the game published. I'll need artists and programmers as well as sound engineers. The whole 9 yards of people. The title is ambitious to say the least. So creative people will be needed. If people want to work on a "wait till publish" basis I can work out something as well. That means it would have to be worked from start to finish to get paid on it. It's certainly a risk, with great rewards if completed.

Well that's my .plan. I'm pretty motivated right now and I want to get this thing pushed now.
