Plan for David "RM" Michael

Paintball Net continues to move forward, if slower than anticipated.
Lars has created the remaining 2 buildings for the new map, and they look great! Now they just need texturing. =) And then the map needs to have vegetation and foliage added...and then spawn points...and then playtesting...but then it'll be done. Sounds like a lot, but it *is* coming together. I'm really looking forward to playing on this map.
David Franson created our first paint grenade model, and I hope to have that integrated in the very near future. It just wouldn't be Paintball Net if you couldn't grab a grenade out of your backpack and lob it over a tree at somebody...
We have another possible artist team member we're talking to now. A real paintball enthusiast, with some good design skills. More news on that as it happens.
Dave Astle is working on getting the "body parts" of the player model tagged so we can determine hit location of paintballs. After all, it wouldn't be Paintball Net without padded equipment and the possibility of "cheap paint" bouncing off of you...
It's beginning to feel like home. =)
FYI: Our first demo/test release of Paintball Net is tied to the new map. Once we have that available, we'll be notifying our testers so we can start getting feedback.
Have fun!
