Plan for Mike Stoddart

We're slowly ticking over on the design phase on War In Europe. We have some good ideas, but the hardest part is trying to finalise them in such a way that the game will be realistic and enjoyable but also playable.
I just finalised a new hire for War In Europe. Sam Beck joins the team as Lead C++ developer, and hopefully he will take the C++ off of my shoulders and tell us if our design ideas are "doable" or just plain insanity.
John (the second team member) is currently chasing a couple of 3d modellers/skinners who are definitely very talented, so we'll see how that goes.
To do:
Not much to say on this. I'm mulling over a decision to place an ad for a scripter. We'll definitely need one at some point in the near future.
So the current to do is to continue designing the game and getting Sam to learn the Torque engine.
(Oh before anyone asks, Sam intends to buy the Torque engine at the weekend all being well.)
