Plan for Mike Stoddart

Just a quick update. I've managed to get into contact with the two people who applied for the position of 3D Artist with Front Room Games (man, I must change that company name). I also received an offer from someone in a post for work as a 2D Artist, so I created a job posting for that position.
So....... this is my to do list, and boy is it urgent!!!
- finalise player in-game classes
- finalise player weapons (gun-based only)
- numerous bug fixes
- when player damaged, permanently reduce energy level accordingly
- only display health bar for team mates
- testing!
- redesign/update Front Room Games website (I personally hate the way it looks)
That wasn't so bad!
I just want to say that I'm really excited that three people are interested on working on this project! There's a point at which an amateurist's game becomes something more than just a little hack put together at home, and this just might be the key to it's success!
Update: I'd like to welcome John Burke onto the War In Europe project. John will be responsible for 2d Art, and overall game design. His enthusiasm in his application convinced me that he is a man I need on my project. Oh and his artwork wasn't too bad either! ;) Seriously, I was impressed by what I saw.

Thanks Ken! Yup, this is when things change. It's no longer just me hacking in my little office at home. I'm responsible for someone else's creativity.Cheers
